Feature/greyscale printer mode #112

Removed a lot of hard coded colours and replaced with variables in CardDisplay.jsx
added greyscale printer friendly print mode for normal datasheets and strats
added garish debug mode
changed the colour of the border around the points value box to be the same as the text instead of light grey for simplicity of changing colours

Todo:

~~debug mode needs removing or hiding when not on dev builds~~ Done
needs testing and sanity checking
~~probably needs colour profile data moving out to separate file~~ Done
