Slow to open File Dialog Window #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the File Dialog box through File --> Load --> Ontology
2. Open the File Dialog box through File --> Load --> Workspace

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
File Dialog Window should appear instantly. Instead, the File Dialog
windows takes several seconds to load.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This affects all versions of SWOOP on Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
The bug #6578753 is noted on the Sun Developer's Network for JRE 1.6.x and
above without any immediate resolution. At this time, it is only affecting
use on Windows XP.
