SWOOP does not save ontologies if its location is a "file:///..." #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an ontology by providing its file:/// URI on the command line.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Swoop should be able to save the modifications. But the Save... menu items
are disabled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SWOOP 2.3beta4 under Windows.

Please provide any additional information below.
