Add the ability to view certificate details from the configuration UI #167

It would help if a config-ui user could select a given certificate (either in 
the anchor view or the certificate view) and have the details of the 
certificate displayed.

A further enhancement would be to have the ability to have the selected 
certificate's signing chain evaluated.
