XdmPackage: should't convert byte array to Stirng #181

To generate a hash value, byte array shouldn't be converted to String.

xd-common, org.nhindirect.xd.common.XdmPackage(line:246):
String digest = DirectDocument2.getSha1Hash(byteArrayOutputStream.toString());
-->
String digest = 
DirectDocument2.getSha1Hash(byteArrayOutputStream.toByteArray());
