Update gemspec to support Spree 3.1 #9

This commit depends on https://github.com/spree/spree/pull/7486 to work. If the PR gets rejected I'll make it part of the extension instead, but it felt like something that should be in core.

@gaqzi thanks for this! your PR was merged to spree master but not yet in 3-1-stable, so i'll wait when merged

@ronzalo I ended up doing another PR to get this merged in, it's now available in 3-1 master since https://github.com/spree/spree/pull/7590.
