previously exported Spanish accents couldn't be imported correctly. #590

Thanks for filing an issue. Following these instructions will help us solve your problem sooner.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create CSV file with string/text records which contains Spanish accents.
  2. Try to import records from that file. Check it for Spanish accents.

    Issue

    Previously exported Spanish accents couldn't be imported correctly.

System configuration

Roo version: 3.8.0 Ruby version: 2.7.2
