[Statedb] Refactor Child object export #1597

Summary

  1. Refactor Child object export, prepare for separate export of UTXO and Inscription SMT.
  2. Removed State Sync Indexer and API

TODO

  1. Support UTXO and Inscription SMT export and import CLI
  2. Based on the new Object model, redesign and implement the state sync API.
