fix web & contract bugs #1610

Summary

review code find some problems

  1. Contract validation fails when wallet signature does not have magic prefix
  2. Portal wallet connect ui display errors
  3. Portal sdk depend use npm，vercel build can be used
  4. The okx signature seems to have improved, Remove it, update it and then add it back
