[Bitcoin] UTXO genesis import tool #1632

Summary

  1. Support importing the UTXO data set of Bitcoin node dump into Rooch’s Statedb
  2. Meanwhile maintain Rooch’s Address Mapping bindings
  3. Make Addrss Mapping and Reverse Address Mapping as Custom Object ID, used to update Address Mapping statedb.
