Rename bitcoin-move light_client.move to bitcoin.move #1649

Summary

Rename bitcoin-move light_client.move to bitcoin.move

  1. The light_client is not just a light client; it progresses full Bitcoin blocks.
  2. Use bitcoin::get_block_by_height is better than light_client::get_block_by_height.
