This is the second week of UI optimization for the Portal project. This week's focus is on identifying and addressing any remaining issues, and improving the overall user experience, especially after the initial launch.

🌈 UI/UX

• [x] Enhanced the layout of the Leap and Trade components
• [x] Improved the UI for the no-data state on the Assets page
• [x] Changed the title of the session keys
• [x] Renamed the action button
• [x] Automatically remove expired session keys
• [x] Improved the UI for the transfer coins functionality by adding success, pending, and failed statuses

🛠️ Functionalities

• [x] Implement transfer coin functionality
• [x] Restrict user input for address and amount in the transfer coins functionality
• [ ] Fix the routing issue for 404 error while refreshing browser [ I can't address the bug ]
