[CLI] Refactor keystore and generate Bitcoin keypair in CLI #1762

Summary

[cli] Simplify the KeyStore API
[session_key] directly generates the session key via random
refactor EncryptionData
Replace ED25519 private key with Bitcoin Secp256k1 private key in KeyStore
Sign the transaction with Secp256k1 and use the Bitcoin Auth Validator

TODO in new PR:

NativeValidator is only for SessionKey; rename it to session_key_validator.move.
Remove account_authentication.
Refactor AddressMapping

Note

This PR breaks the cli config and keystore format.
