No, just a summary of changes
The newest version of xclim (v0.38 - releasing today) requires the newest version of xarray. CLISOPS@master currently supports the newest xarray, so releasing a new version seems appropriate.
~I've bumped to v0.10 since the release was several months ago, and there is enough in here to constitute a breaking changes. If we wish to release v0.9.2 instead, please let me know!~ Opting to release 0.9.2.
