Generic fix definitions - need to provide exact description

Description

If we choose to use a language-agnostic description of the fixes, then we really need to provide:

1. A meaningful identifier/title
2. A description of the algorithm
3. A reference implementation - maybe in daops - maybe the daops function should include the long description in the docstring.
