[ ] kubectl rook-ceph get-volumes [rwx|rwo|cephfs|rbd]

@OdedViner For this issue we need to print kubernetes rbd/cephFS volume. For example today we have command kubectl rook-ceph subvolume ls that prints the cephfs volumes. We need something similar to print rbd volumes
