footer: add support providers section #131

This adds a support providers section to the footer.

This is totally reasonable to me, as long as this continues to be open to any other vendors/providers that want to be included in this list. If there is more demand for this we may want to consider more specifically defining the criteria, but for now I think this is non controversial and both of these companies have great Rook expertise :)

Agreed. One consideration I would include when someone wants to be added to the support list is that they should be actively contributing to Rook in some way, whether helping with slack questions, github issues, PRs, etc.
