This should address the current security issue pull requests from dependabot.
(Note: I went ahead and simply updated all the dependencies using bundler update inside the Jekyll 4.2.2 container and installed webrick to fix an issues with the more uptodate ruby versions in the Jekyll 4.2.2 container image)
