Fix version select having no background

Set a background for the version select div so it doesn't look like this ("clipping" into the other text) anymore: 2018-07-05-182040_847x1052_scrot

With this PR it looks like this: 2018-07-05-182044_847x1052_scrot

I have added a margin to the bottom of the div.docs-menu-project so it won't collide with the page list for smaller screens.

@jbw976 you can soon use the build/run.sh script from #43. ;)
