Implement Automated Biweekly Summary Reports Feature

These reports will collate data from engineering team email updates, track progress on tasks and initiatives, highlight key activities, and utilize this information to enrich the AI Assistant's knowledge base. This feature aims to bolster management strategies, ensure stakeholders are informed, and enhance organizational memory.

Requirements:

• Email Integration: Implement functionality to parse and summarize relevant updates from designated email addresses or threads.
• Task and Progress Tracking: Integrate with existing task management systems to compile and analyze progress on tasks and key projects from #49
• Key Activity Highlight: Develop algorithms to identify and highlight key activities or milestones achieved within the reporting period.
• Report Generation: Design a system to generate clear, concise summaries that can be easily distributed or presented to stakeholders.

Tachio needs to:

• create a biweekly summary report for each project in the projects table, then
• call Missive API to create a draft email for the report and capture the Missive conversation ID for this newly created draft,
• then call Missive API and write a new Post containing the URL of the newly created draft into the project's project conversation (using the id specified for that project in the projects table).

The contents of the email draft should strictly follow the structure of the Biweekly Summary Report Template and should import content/data:

• from that project's Daily Report emails (which are labelled automatically via Missive Rules)
• from google calendar (events that contain the name of the project's shortname or aliases)
• from Tachio's memories associated with that project
• from Tachio-generated project briefings associated with that project (which are stored in the briefings table).

These reports are very comprehensive and rigidly structured, with a brief summary at the top and then one heading for each working day during that two-week period. Within each heading, it says exactly who was working that day and which specific features were worked on (all pulled directly from the daily report emails).
