I have error

error: gpg failed to sign the data
error: unable to sign the tag

I want to use something like this ["vcs" "tag" "--no-sign"]

I believe you can suppress signing commits for a project by adding the sign option to your leiningen profile. For example, in project.clj:

(defproject myproject :lein-v
  :description "My favorite thing"
  :v {:sign nil}
  :release-tasks [["v" "assert-anchored"]
                  ["v" "update"]
                  ["vcs" "push"]
                  ["deploy"]]
  :dependencies [[org.clojure/clojure "1.8.0"]])
