What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make dosbox
2. try a DOS game e.g.
http://www.myabandonware.com/game/f-15-strike-eagle-iii-1lq
3. while playing the game, try pressing two keys at once
- What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You'd expect it to work (flying up and to the right for example). But only the
first keypress registers.

DOSBox is getting the alt-enter messages for switching to and from full-screen
(see https://code.google.com/p/naclports/issues/detail?id=79, the keypresses
are getting through, just not being acted upon). But key combinations aren't
getting through to the DOS games themselves, even ALT-key combiniations.
