Generic improvements

This PR makes various improvements to the module, some of which include:

• Make the package provider versionable, so that it can accept versions inside the ensure value.
• Deprecate the channel install option, in favour of ensure versioning.
• Make the provider more readable, and better encapsulate the various methods.
• Improve the acceptance test to actually test the presence of the hello-world package.
