The image is a bit big, this should clean it up a bit.

Please do a proper rebase, or GitHub will mess up authorship again. In particular, we should not add emails with norepy.github.com, for example.

I fixed the authorship of the last commit. Let me know if you want me to manually squash the two commits together. With GitHub's squash and merge, you can edit the merge commit, the coauthors are placed inside in plain text.
