[DF] Add RDataFrame friends directly #15075

Feature description

Moving from JIRA: ROOT-10874 First requested in the forum here, it would be very nice to be able to add RDataFrame friends directly instead of awkwardly stepping through TTree. Forum post includes usage example.

Nowadays for top-level, non-indexed friends users can leverage the dataset specification feature https://root.cern/doc/master/classROOT_1_1RDataFrame.html#rdf-from-spec
