Made changes to testing web page:

added cmake --build command line (It is obvious, but can stump entry level developers who are not that familiar with cmake)
Added info on building out roottest as a stand-alone project
Listed more ctest options
Formatted doc
Added links to readme for roottest repo

Hello @Axel-Naumann , I hope these changes could help. I had trouble with the testing because I did not add the build command after the cmake command. I feel these changes could help make the building out process for testing more streamlined. Thanks

When configuring with roottest, cmake will check out roottest automatically. Do you think we should instruct people to check this out manually nonetheless?

Could you address the comments before we merged this, please? Thanks for your help!

I guess manually configuring the same can be considered more intuitive? I'm not sure, but that worked out for a first time user like myself.
