upgrade member invites component to be group management #148

at the moment we're only using this component to invite members during the initial setup process. i think it would be good to re-use this component once your group has been setup and you want to manage your group.

this ticket is to generalize the component to not be specific to member invites.

broken by #142, i think to do with the supplier relationship being created when the order is created. but needs work anyways.
