[x] split server command into two: api and asset
[ ] get bankai to play friendly with our dog hacks
- [x] add plugin support to bankai
- [ ] add cwd override support to bankai
[ ] add separate build command
- [ ] build into dist with bankai
- [ ] copy other files from assets directory

hm i'm stuck on the framework hacks. i have a radical idea that would make everything so much easier, dogstack becomes a library again. :sweat_smile:
