thanks for kicking this into a pr @ahdinosaur!

Overall I like it and only have some amendments for the days booking part.

I think we should aim to have peeps book in 3 months in advance their personal days and then at least 2 weeks at any point in time for their internal and external days.

I have come to realise that when looking beyond a month it doesn't really matter if peeps are putting down external or internal - its really in work mode or taking personal time that really matters.
