Add support for WhatsApp #306

It would be great if GtalkSMS would support WhatsApp like it supports SMS, so I 
can get notified, read and send whatsapp messages.

Imposible while Whatsapp guys don't provide an API (Android Public Intents) to 
notify, read or send messages.

That's a real shame. I really miss this option.

What about the WhatsAPI GitHu project ( https://github.com/venomous0x/WhatsAPI 
)?
