The Support App is developed by Root3, specialized in managing Apple devices. Root3 offers consultancy and support for organizations to get the most out of their Apple devices and is based in The Netherlands (Halfweg).
I agree with little need for the support helper and to limit the abuse of it. However, I would like to be able to populate information in an informational tile via a payload (JSON/XML) of a CURL to a URL.
For example I would love that SupportApp could so a CURL to the API of my status page and return the status as information in a tile so my users can know if there are systems issues beyond their computer.
