Pointerwrite not working #5

Might be me, but I can't seem to make pointer write working. The game hangs even before showing a splash screen. I am running a game of HDD if that helps.

The pointer I am trying to write to is only run when a condition is true. So it should not run in the first place, hence it could not be a fault pointer (write)

Can you please post the codes you used here? I'd like to investigate this.
