webpack configured, structure refactored #5

webpack module bundler is configured for the entire project
ES6 import syntax can be used easily
webpack builds the extension into /dist folder
folder structure refactored and organised
yarn install to install the development dependencies
use yarn dev for development purpose

You can use yarn instead of yarn install, both will work the same i guess :-)
