Fixes #192.

[x] Sync cluster tweets on-demand.
[ ] Sync cluster influencer scores on-demand (from the Borg Collective).
[x] Sync list tweets on-demand.
[x] Sync Rekt tweets on-demand.
[x] Sync Rekt influencer points on-demand (from their parlor rankings).
[x] Sync articles on-demand (cluster, list, and Rekt).
[x] Remove global components/sync.tsx calls.
[x] Clicking sync indicator re-triggers sync.
