Consider creating our own fence-agents RPM based on master #42

fence-agents RPM in both FC and CentOS does not contain some of the fencing agents we need - namely aws/gce. Idea is to create RPM based on master branch of Clusterlabs fence agents (https://github.com/ClusterLabs/fence-agents).

May be viable to use fedora copr.

This is no longer needed because FC now contains FA 4.1.1 with AWS/gce. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-700f106cd5
