2. Cinder v2 snapshot has been supported by https://github.com/gophercloud/gophercloud/pull/354. Can we add it here ?

@NickrenREN It doesn't seem to work with in tree api server - last time I tried I got error message saying the kind was not supported.

@j-griffith is working on cinder snapshot.

Azure disk is TBD because the azure cloudprovider in kubernetes is under refactoring and a newer azure sdk is needed to support snasphot.
