Revisit UI for Voice prompts

I have attached an image of the proposed layout of the voice prompts page. I propose that the initial page lists only the most recent configuration for each of the stations and upon clicking on a link "view files", it displays a modal popup that lists all the files for that menu. The current view is quite cluttered.

@judelove to clarify: all the stations should be presented in this table?

@judelove how do I effectively see how many files I have for the voice prompt? Only for audio ? At this moment even if there's no audio but the station chooses to have non TTS, we're always presenting audio players. I can check the number of files by checking for each column in the the VoicePrompt table, if they have a file name associated, meaning it was uploaded.
