In which scenario @judelove ? This was part of a new feature for the IVR Menus, also replicated here, in case the station doesn't have TTS configured.

Noted to improve:

when you click on "Edit" for a particular station, it takes you to the page but the selected station is not the one that you clicked on. Select the station when clicking edit.
if TTS is not configured, I would grey out the TTS option rather than not have it there and put a message like "TTS not configured for this station"
