Add logging #43

Solves #2.

At the moment an2linux only prints to stdout. This PR will make an2linux log to file, as well as preserving the current stdout output.

Note: WIP, have not tested yet.

This should be good to go. At the very least it could be helpful with situations such as #52 as you will be able to check the logs to see what is happening.
