man: Fix typo #308

The main change is a typo on line 266, plus some formatting inconsistencies. I have no idea why the generated man file isn't escaped the same, I used the go-md2man tool like in the Makefile. Are the escapes necessary for the roff format?

Typo was A user can defined preferred outbound. I don't use real name or email for my GitHub account, so I'll close the PR then. The other changes are some minor spacing/formatting tweaks.
