Changelog:

• Create a dummy credential whenever a user is added by scanning QR code
• User can check status for credential validation (for demo purposes, even numbered credentials are shown with cross sign as revoked and odd numbered are validated)

Todo:

• Need to sync credential validation from user message

Tech debt: Need to improve more on the separation side

@2byrds You can verify this and let me know if there are any issues. I would be working on adding discord credentials, I might need to discuss a thing or two. Will let you know.

@2byrds Hey, Check it out and let me know if it works. Note that right now verification is showing check mark (success) for credentials with odd ids and cross (unsuccessful) for even ids. It will be removed when we'll add revoke functionality (might be with next mr).
