Support for Sidetree-cardano #97

This PR is ready. Operations may fail if there is not a running Sidetree node.

change the logger to console.error. And change sidertree node url to testnet.sidetree-cardano.com that is now up and running again. You can test it right away without the need for a local Sidetree node
