Partials directory required #469

Since the view is in the "partials" directory, it seems that the composer need to be in a "Partials" to be automatically detected.

Thanks for the PR, but I confirmed on local dev that this is not required, and the composer is not loaded when in a Partials directory for the PageHeader partial

Are you not seeing this same behavior? Try composer dump-autoload maybe?
