As a developer i would like it to be easier to find solutions not documented, so i dont have to search the discourse site #483

Summary

Tag "each" doc page and section with a link to the equivalent of https://discourse.roots.io/ categories and tags.

This way there is a easy way to get more info and further discussion directly from the docs.

This could probably be automated.

Hopefully it can lower the threshold and spark great ideas ❤️
