Update fonts-setup.md #486

Missing tilde (~) before "@fonts/…" in src, which threw the error below for me. Adding the tilde removed it.

│ Module not found: Error: Can't resolve './common/@fonts/my-font-name.woff2' in │ │ 'resources/styles'
