Domain and use cases modules refactor #62

Closes #61

Description

Removed data module dependency in the App module
Removed data module dependency in the UseCases module
Added domain and usesCases readme files.
Usecases and domain modules are now Kotlin modules and not Android modules.
Added Example Repository interface
Refactored Error handling
Lint issues
