Added workflow for running CICD jobs from GitHub Actions using existing Fastlane configuration (branches picked as an example, which can be easily modified for a specific project)
Every push and PR triggers CI job (which builds and archives Dev)
Pushes to develop trigger CD job for Dev flavor
Pushes to master trigger CD job for Staging flavor
Note: Release jobs assume Keystore and JSON API key are stored in S3, workflows downloads them before building
