Description

First PR for what will become the Gemini Chat Module

Added an icon to the main page that will take the user to the chat.
The chat interacts with Gemini for responses.

Tasks

Setup Gemini on our base project
Use Gemini for chat response
Test Fluter ui chat

This is the first PR and it is functional but not in the module order, this has to be cleaned and ordered.
