First set of rules for strings filtering

Building a set of rules to make the strings filtering logic more complex

There are two types of rules:

• Positives: If a string matches with any of these rules, it's marked as candidate.
• Negatives: If a string matches with any of these rules, it's removed from the candidates.

At the moment, the defined rules are:

Positives:

• Uppercase
• MiddleSpace

Negatives:

• ForwardSlash
• MiddleDash
• EnvironmentVariable
• ClassName
• Constant
