Delete throwaway tags on github #2

Need to resolve issues with deleting throwaway tags for the consumer containers which can't be built in parallel with buildx (qemu takes 10x as long.)

Already committed in https://github.com/rootwyrm/dns_docker/commit/306c9fb15e4afc5759330b9f7dff6d92b288b757 but needs debugging and fixed.
